This means that the forum is locked
(canceled)
Then when you click in one of the links (ex: TUTORIALS) then you enter to antother page and the icons here are
This is when someone has posted something here
(that you haven´t seen)
This is when people has posted more than 15 posts
(and there is something new)
This is when someone posted something when the post was locked
(and you haven´t seen)
This is when there is a topic and there is nothing new
(that you haven´t seen)
This is when someone had a topic with 15 replies and there is no more replies
(that you haven´t seen)
This is when the topic was locked but there was no more replies
(that you haven´t seen)
This is when the message was stiked
(it will be there for ever)
This is the message that you posted

There is also a quick reply in a little box under all the replies
